Income / PAYG |
| Three of your most recent payslips plus your last two Group Certificates or Tax Returns. Current letter of employment with your start date and salary (only needed if you started your job this financial year) |

If Self Employed |
| Copies of the past two years Tax Returns for both yourself and your business.

Savings |
| 5% of your deposit as genuine savings with at least six months history. Include bank statements, term deposit statements and/or share certificates.

Other loan repayment statement for previous three months.

| Completed front page of the Contract of Sale.
